I used to software Adobe Premiere Pro - this software helped me create this in under 10 minutes.
Firstly I created a new sequence, I did this by highlighting (since I was using more than one videos) the videos I was using, right-clicking and selecting create a new sequence, and this created a new sequence consisting of the source settings of the video files.
I then had to create a new black video - this behaves as a still image and I did this by going on the project panel selecting this ‘new icon’ icon and then clicking on 'black video', I then dragged this onto the timeline and stretched it to match the same length as the sequence.
Next, I selected new icon again, and clicked on Title - and dragged it onto the timeline and also made it match the duration of the black video and sequence - from here I began to add effects.
The first effect I applied onto the black video was Track Matte Key - this helped enable that the videos in my sequence would be shown behind the text. I double clicked on the text area and then began to create my text, within this I adjusted the size until it was appropriate - and that is how I achieved this:
